Our team is here for your pet throughout every stage of their life.

Town & Country Animal Hospital is pleased to offer advanced veterinary medicine with a personal, common-sense approach. We treat your pet like our own. Learn more about our services below and contact us with any questions.

Wellness Care
The Town & Country Animal Hospital team is here for your pets in all stages of their lives. We recommend regular wellness exams and keeping your pet’s vaccinations up to date. We want to help your pet live a long, happy, healthy life. To do so, it’s important to take their health seriously and work closely with our team. This is essential for all stages of your pet’s life, from their early years through the golden senior years!

Just as you have wellness visits with your doctor, it’s important that your pet does the same. During these visits, our team will spend time examining your pet from nose to tail.

Surgery
If you’ve just received the news that your loved one needs surgery, there’s no need to worry! Our expert team of doctors is highly skilled in performing a wide variety of surgeries using modern techniques, cutting edge equipment and always adhering to the strictest standards of safety and care. You can feel confident that when it comes to surgery, your loved one will be in excellent hands with our team!
Preventive Care
It’s no secret that preventive care is much better than treating illness and disease. Our team will work with you to develop the best schedule of preventive care for your furry friends. Fleas, ticks, and heartworm disease are all dangerous to your pets and, thankfully, all preventable! Fleas and ticks are not only a source of irritation to your pet, but they can also harbor disease and adversely affect your pet’s health. Heartworm is a dangerous parasite that lives in the heart of dogs and cats, damages the heart muscle, and can be fatal. The Town & Country Animal Hospital team can recommend the best preventative products for your pet to keep them healthy and happy.
Emergency Care
During business hours, Town & Country Animal Hospital has the necessary equipment and facility to stabilize, treat and maintain emergent and critical patients. Our staff is trained and experienced in the treatment of a variety of emergency and critical care cases including trauma, acute disease, and chronic disease complications.
Dentistry
Did you know that according to the American Veterinary Dental Society, 70% of adult cats and 80% of adult dogs show symptoms of oral disease?! That’s a lot! Just like you need to see your dentist for regular cleanings, so do your pets.

If you’ve noticed yellowing of your pet’s teeth, bad breath, bleeding, or broken teeth, something just isn’t right. Your pet’s oral health is directly connected to their overall health. Please contact us if you notice these symptoms, and our team will be here to help.

Spay & Neuter

Spaying and neutering will help your pet live a longer, healthier life. This procedure can be done at any age after 6 months.

Spaying your female cat or dog will reduce problems such as pyometra (deadly infection of the uterus); breast tumors (benign or cancerous); pet overpopulation and massive euthanasia of unwanted strays.

Neutering your male cat or dog will reduce problems such as testicular cancer, some diseases of the prostate, unwanted behaviors such as dominance aggression, marking territory and wandering. Pets who wander are much more likely to get hit by a car.

Vaccinations
We’re here to help keep your pets protected! Many of the diseases that can affect dogs and cats are preventable through proper vaccinations. Let our knowledgeable team guide you through setting up a vaccination schedule for your dog or cat to keep him or her protected.
Diagnostics
It is difficult to see your pet in pain or suffering and not know what’s wrong. Our team provides state of the art in house diagnostics to help us learn what’s wrong and provide an accurate diagnosis. A quicker diagnosis leads to quicker treatment! We do diagnostic testing both in-house and with an outside lab so we can provide results quickly and accurately.

At Town & Country Animal Hospital, we treat your pets as family.
